Mecklenburg County Pool Regulation Changes Effective February 25, 2008

Fencing now has to be 48” high instead of 44” with self closing and self latching gates.
Access gates shall be equipped with a locking device and shall open outward from pool.
Where the release mechanism is located less than 54” from the bottom of the gate.

Plaster Pool Start-Up

Lower Alkalinity to 80 - 90ppm (60 - 70ppm for quartz) [1gallon Muriatic acid lowers alk 50ppm per 15,000 gal. water]
Reduce pH to 7.0
Add 1-2 quart of sequestering agent per 10,000gallons.
Filter 48 hours. Brush, Brush and Brush
Do Not add chlorine or bicarb for 48 hours!!
Adjust other balance chemicals slowly.

My name is Eva Harris the design and estimator for our company. Experienced as a field engineer and other facets of the construction industry helps me help you with your design and logistics of your build.

Kristin Quinn is the manager of Conner Construction and your main contact during the build. Her expertise with pool care will help you maintain a beautiful, inviting and sanitary pool. Mostly, you’ll benefit from her sweet disposition and sunny smile that brightens everyone’s day.

John Smith, service manager, is the handiest guy I know. His skill and knowledge makes him an authorized repair technician for everything from Jacuzzis to gas heaters. You’ll notice that he truly likes what he does and enjoys the vast challenges that this industry provides.

Kevin Quinn, project manager does exactly that. He is the fellow that works with you during the project to keep things running smoothly by keeping you informed. Claim to fame: The Commissioner of Baseball (of Cornelius).

Those that have been in our store have probably met Corey (the +2yr. old boy wonder) and Maggie (the +2yr. old sweet Lab). Maggie’s here most days, but you’ll only catch Corey on Saturdays. Laughing and wagging is their favorite thing.
